How can I check the status of my order?

At the end of the checkout process, a tracking number will be provided. With this number, you can track your order using the "Track My Order" link in the top menu, as well as the link at the bottom of the page.

 

What are the delivery times?

Each order is roasted to order, and the process takes a minimum of 3 business days (3 to 5 business days, longer during the holiday season). Actual delivery times vary, but in general, it takes 2 to 5 business days from the pickup date. No coffee is roasted and stored on a shelf in a warehouse. Each order is roasted upon receipt of the order, which allows us to send you coffee that will reach its optimal flavor upon arrival. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. International shipments are sent by the best available method. Be sure to take shipping fees into account when checking out.

What to do if I made a mistake in my order?

We cannot cover an error on your part. However, if the error is on our end (e.g., wrong grind, wrong format, or simply a mistake in order preparation), just let us know, and we will replace the order at no cost as quickly as possible.
