At Vanquish Coffee, we strive to provide high-quality coffee and excellent service. However, if an issue arises with your order, here is our return and replacement policy:

1. Customer Error

If the error comes from the customer (wrong product ordered, incorrect address, missed promo code, etc.), we cannot cover the replacement or refund of the order. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

2. Our Error

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong product sent, incorrect grind type, labeling error, etc.), we will send a new order at no additional cost. Simply contact us with the details of the issue, and we will quickly ship a replacement.

3. No Coffee Returns Accepted

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept any coffee returns under any circumstances. Any returned product must be discarded, leading to unnecessary waste.

How to Report an Issue?

If your order has an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo if necessary
